What this service does

myelitecrypto.com (the “Service”) is a read-only utility for tracking a crypto-asset portfolio across multiple chains. You authenticate by signing a Sign-In With Ethereum message; you may then add wallet addresses to track and enter manual transactions. The Service displays prices, balances, allocation, and profit-and-loss derived from public on-chain data and free public price APIs.

Read-only by design

The Service never requests, holds, or uses your private keys, seed phrases, or any signing material. The Service cannot move funds, execute trades, or initiate any on-chain action on your behalf. SIWE is used purely as identity attestation.

No investment, tax, or legal advice

Information shown is informational only. Prices come from third-party APIs, are cached on our servers, and may be stale, incorrect, or unavailable for some assets. Cost-basis and P&L calculations follow first-in-first-out matching against the manual transactions you enter — they are a tool, not a tax filing. Consult a qualified professional for investment, tax, accounting, or legal decisions.

Accuracy of data

We aim to surface the data we receive faithfully, but we make no guarantee that balances, prices, or P&L are complete, current, or accurate. Upstream RPC providers and price APIs may rate-limit, return errors, or omit assets; some long-tail tokens may render as unpriced. Verify anything that matters against your wallet, your exchange, or another source you trust.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service for lawful purposes only.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, evade rate limits, scrape data at volume, or reverse-engineer our infrastructure.
• You may track wallet addresses you do not personally own (e.g. public addresses for research). You are responsible for ensuring this is permitted in your jurisdiction.

Account termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your data via privacy@myelitecrypto.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that interact with the Service in ways that threaten its availability for others.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service’s operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
